1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account and navigate to the billing section, or contact our support team for assistance. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of this period.
2. Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees once they have been charged.
- No Refunds for Partial Months: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time within a billing cycle.
- Free Trial: We offer a free trial period to allow you to evaluate our Service. As you have the opportunity to test the Service before committing to a paid plan, we do not offer refunds once you have been billed.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases, such as a billing error on our part, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
